The Liliya Dulat gift certificate is available in physical and digital formats.

The certificate can be delivered by courier, collected from the showroom, or issued digitally via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

The certificate is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

The certificate can be used once at the Liliya Dulat showroom.

Within one use, the certificate may be applied to one or several items at the showroom. If the purchase amount exceeds the certificate value, the difference can be paid separately.

The authenticity of the certificate and its validity period can be checked in the MY GIFT section.

The certificate is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be cancelled after issue.

If the physical version is lost, reissue is not available. When issuing the certificate, we also send a digital version and record the client’s details.
